Reaper comes with a variety of commonly-used audio production effects. They include tools such as ReaEQ, ReaVerb, ReaGate, ReaDelay, ReaPitch and ReaComp. The included Rea-plug-ins are also available as a separate download for users of other DAWS, as the ReaPlugs VST FX Suite.[7]

Go to Options, then Preferences, select VST, then click add, then select the folder where the VST is located (its on my desktop), click re-scan, apply and then click OK, but when i try to add an instrument to the track the new VST does not appear.

The graphic user interface is intuitive and easy to use, especially if you are a power user. The drag and drop feature and tool-less mouse interface will make your work easier and faster. One of its most significant strengths is the multitrack recording feature.
